Jibe is a management and technology consultancy that specializes in helping clients invest in themselves. Our team works with each individual client to understand their greatest opportunity to achieve success, whether it be creating virtual supply chains, compressing cycle times or investing in a human resource application.
Our History
Our employee-owned firm was opened in 2004 by four original partners with a combined 60+ years of experience in management and consulting, and since then we’ve grown to more than 70 employees. Our success and growth are a direct result of the approach we take with all our clients – we’re good listeners and even better problem-solvers, and we have an innovative approach to developing solutions that help our clients’ businesses increase productivity and reduce costs.
We’ve been a certified Oracle partner since our inception, and we’re also an authorized reseller of their products. Our 70-plus consultants have an average of more than eight years of Oracle experience, and we’ve completed more than 200 Oracle projects ranging from small to large, including implementations in UK, Norway, Finland, Hong Kong & Mainland China. Our client base is primarily West Coast businesses focused in the consumer market, software, life sciences, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing and technology industries.
