Shane Moncrieff
President / Principal
As President of Jibe Consulting, Shane brings more than 21 years of proven business and technology leadership in delivering quality solutions for large and medium size clients.
Shane started his career as a certified public accountant with Touche Ross (later Deloitte & Touche), he worked as part their Pacific Rim Division. Posted in the Saipan office, he worked throughout Micronesia and Southeast Asia providing Audit and Consulting Services. In 1994 he joined Oracle Consulting, working as part of the Pacific Northwest team. Over the next five years he progressed from Senior Consultant to Senior Practice Director. During his tenure at Oracle Consulting, Shane was part of the team that developed Oracle’s rapid implementation methodology (Fast Forward) leveraging components of AIM to address the specific needs of small and mid sized businesses. In 1999, Shane joined ECS as a Regional Vice President focusing on the PNW. ECS was acquired by Computer Science Corporation (CSC) in 2000. Shane was promoted to National Sales Director for the Consulting Group’s Oracle practice. During Shane’s tenure at CSC the Oracle practice grew to over 300 individuals nationwide was awarded implementations in every corner of the United States. Shane was part of the team of business leaders that started Jibe in 2004.
Shane is a graduate of Lindquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a double major in Accounting and Finance. Shane works mainly out of our Seattle Office.
