Jibe’s FIT project management tools really helped during our recent EBS inventory module implementation. The tools allowed project team members, sponsors and stakeholders easy access to project status and related risks and issues. A decision log was also included which presented sponsors with detailed information on needed decisions and allowed for easy tracking of those decisions. Finally, finding relevant information was never a problem as the tools were contained in a single PM Project Controls work book.
